WHAT IS IT?
Functional Fitness is a total body conditioning workout that includes modifications for all fitness levels. Work your body through all planes of motion and build strength, stability, mobility, and balance.
WHAT DO I NEED?
Weights optional - if you have them, GREAT! If not, use soup cans, water bottles, or your own resistance. This workout is designed for small indoor spaces!
HOW DOES IT WORK?
$60 for the series. All participants receive a Zoom recording link so classes can be done at your convenience if you can't join live.
